While Flying to Barcelona from Boston (Ibera) , I noticed that the Atlantic Ocean was calm and extremely clear with no turbulence or clouds. In addition, we were flying against the rotation of the earth making the movement almost still.

I peeped outside and saw the milky way and attempted 100 shots (that shows you how difficult it was to take this). Of all this, I got one photo.

15 seconds, Wedged against the seat and the window.

I would later leave Spain the day before the General Strike not sitting on the window side and flying in the day. I'm thankful for my friend who gave me the window seat.

what do you mean? You can determine the authenticity if you read the description :) And if u know anything about Photoshop, you'd probably ask why is this photo less than perfect :)

Never thought to try and get a night shot like this from a plane... might have to try this the next time I fly home from Germany :)

You were rewarded for your persistence with a very interesting image. I would never have thought an image like this would even be possible!
