Los Angeles. Probably America's largest city. Caught this as my walked my drunk friend out of the room during sunrise.
Foreground building is Cal Trans building designed by Tom Mayne: Morphosis. Background buildings ..... well you know LA's got a weak skyline.
I think this is a series of photos im gonna try to start doing. It basically shows things from a higher perspective instead of the usual ground perspective.

Truly beautiful capture. This is almost a tilt-shift photo, because combined with the (at least that's what I think it is) HDR effect, it makes the street and surroundings look almost toy size. Really nice.
